I'm really charged about our latest series, "Life in the Waiting Room" started last Sunday. This week, we'll continue to draw on stories that involve waiting in the Bible and see what lessons and applications there are for us.
This weekend we'll turn to a story that involves all kinds of long waits--waiting in a well while his brothers sold him to slave traders, waiting to be sold as a slave, waiting while wrongly imprisoned hoping for release, waiting more time to see his family again the fulfillment of a dream he dreamt decades before.
I'd like to encourage you to find some time this weekend to read the amazing story of Joseph, found in Genesis 37-50. Really an amazing story. Are you waiting on something in your life? My guess is you are. I hope I'll see you Sunday!
