JINGLE JAM 2012--Community Christmas Outreach

Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 6:30PM, First Assembly in Lafayette, Indiana will embark on a new kind of large outreach at Christmastime!

We'll be hoping to gather together hundreds of family for a fun Christmas show experience with plenty of music, dance, skits, heaps of laughter, and giveaways.

To pull this off, we need your involvement!  We'd like to ask you to pray that as we seek to assemble a large outreach on the scale of our Independence Day and Eggstravaganza events, God will guide Worship Arts Pastor Adam Howard and Children's Ministry Director Lisa Glaser.

Additionally, we'd like to ask you to consider being a part of the event itself, serving in one of the dozens of roles we'll need to fill that day.  Whether you'll be on stage, helping to welcome the hundreds of guests or serving in some other area, we want to see all the families and children that come know First Assembly welcomes them.  If we offer a firm, welcoming handshake this time, we'll be likely to see these families again on a Sunday morning or in one of our Life Groups.

Last, I'd like to ask you to invite people you know with children up to 5th grade.  This would be a great way to introduce them to our church!

In the last year, our children's ministries have grown substantially, with early childhood more than doubling!  This is due, in part, to the efforts we're making in outreach!  Be a part of what God is doing through our church and be a part of the first Jingle Jam at First Assembly!
